Belarus Premier League top scorers 2019

I know - its not featuring local legend (and global... aquientance) Aleksander Hleb, but there is plenty of other goodies here - like winner Ilya Shkurin, who left for CSKA Mosvka immediatly after the season. Another player for the future (at least in 2020, when this is written) could be Momo Yansane, the 22 year old Guinean U21 international who scored a bunch of goals last season.

Here's the list of everyone scoring 10 goals or more in the 2019 Belarus Premier League:

Matches not lost by the San Marino national team

San Marino is a small country inside of Italy and has had very little success at the international stage over the years. Here is a list over games they didnt lose:

10 March 1993: San Marino - Turkey 0-0 (1994 WC qualifiers)
25 April 2001: Latvia - San Marino 1-1 (2002 WC qualifiers)
23 August 2003: Liechtenstein - San Marino 2-2 (friendly)
28 April 2004: San Marino - Liechtenstein 1-0 (friendly)
15 November 2014: San Marino - Estonia 0-0 (Euro 2016 qualifiers)

As seen, the San Marinese team has only won one game - against Liechtenstein in 2004. Scorer that day was Andy Selva, who scored eight goals in 74 caps between 1997 and 2016 and is considered one of the nations best players of all time, as one of the few ones to play professionally (mainly in Serie C and Serie D).

Manchester United Player of the Season 1988-

Manchester United player of the year, officially known as Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year as a tribute to the legendary manager, has been awarded since 1988 and is a fan vote based award. Four time winner David de Gea has managed to pick up the trophy the most times, followed by Cristiano Ronaldo (3).

Sorry about the table looking a bit wack, I f-cked up in making it.

1996 Major League Soccer top scorers

1996 Major League Soccer top scorers

1. Roy Lassiter (USA), Tampa Bay Mutiny - 27 goals
2. Raul Diaz Arce (El Salvador), DC United - 23 goals
3. Eduardo Hurtado (Ecuador), LA Galaxy - 21 goals
4. Preki (USA), Kansas City Wiz - 18 goals
5. Brian McBride (USA), Columbus Crew - 17 goals

The 1996 incarnation of the MLS was the first professional soccer (or football) league in USA since 1984.

Roy Lassiter had his best career in the season, scoring 27 goals and winning the top scorer league ahead of Salvadorian striker Arce, who is his countrys best ever goal scorer with 39 in 68 appearances for his national team.

Yugoslavian born attacking midfielder Preki, who also had a tenure in England, also takes place on the list, just like the perhaps most recognnizable name of the list - Brian McBride, who later had success in Everton and Fulham and made 30 goals in 95 international appearances. He also made three World Cups (1998. 2002, 2006), just missing out on the 1994 squad.

1979 FIFA World Youth Championship top scorers

1. Ramon Diaz, Argentina - 8 goals
2. Diego Maradona. Argentina - 6 goals
3. Andrzej Palasz, Poland - 5 goals
4. Julio Cesar Romero, Paraguay, Igor Ponomaryov, Soviet, Ruben Paz, Uruguay - 4 goals

Ramon Diaz went on to have a great career, among other things scoring 10 goals on 22 caps and representing teams like Napoli, Fiorentina, Inter and Monaco, aside from his home club River Plate. He did miss the 1986 and 1990 World cups because of a feud with Diego Maradona.

Maradona needs less of an introduction. As for the others, they all had fine careers.

1977 FIFA World Youth Championship top scorers

1. Guina, Brazil - 4 goals
2. Hussein Saeed, Iraq - 3 goals
Agustin Menzo, Mexico - 3 goals
Luis Placencia, Mexico - 3 goals
Vladimir Bessonov, Soviet - 3 goals

Guina went on to represent Spanish and Portuguese clubs and made one senior cap in 1979, but never fulfilled the promises from the 1977 youth world cup.

Hussein Saeed on the other hand went on to become the all time best scorer in the Iraq national team, with 78 goals in 137 caps between 1976-1990. He spent the entirety of his club career with Al Talaba.
